PPHA believes there’s no reason why community housing shouldn’t be beautiful.

Its property portfolio of over 1100 homes includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, family townhouses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, and rooming houses with single rooms and self-contained studios. Homes are available to people on low to moderate incomes including singles, couples, families and older people.
