The Ashwood Chadstone Gateway Project is an exciting housing development that will provide much needed high quality, affordable housing for people in the local and wider community, as well as contribute to the ongoing renewal of the Ashwood Chadstone area.

The project will deliver 210 affordable rental homes as well as 72 private homes utilising six vacant sites in the Ashwood Chadstone area.

Community Liaison Committee

A local Community Liaison Committee (CLC), appointed by the Minister for Housing, was establised to ensure that the views of the community are represented. PPHA is meeting regularly with the CLC to provide updates on the project and to discuss any issues that arise. The members are:
